 Boss of KCC

• KCC's head master, manages, coordinates and monitors official activities and directs operations of KCC.He is interface of KCC's technical teams and college, and also responsible of solving KCC's problems.

 Employee

• Employees are responsible for Writing user data, handling user prints, registration, prolongation, course registration and managing software bank.

 Site  Manager

• Site manager: Site manager coordinates activities of technical teams and students working in KCC. He is responsible for designing high level architecture of KCC network and monitoring network performance.

 Linux Network Group

• Members of this team are working on design, management, maintenance and support of KCC's Linux Network. They are also responsible for keep Linux services (eg. Linux Accounts, Mail Server, DNS Server, Proxy Server, Web Server, Download Center, ..) operational and up-to-date.

 Programming Group

• Member of this team are responsible for writing application programs and utilities needed for management of network.

 Windows Network Group

• Members of this team are working on design, management, maintenance and support of KCC's Windows Network. They are also responsible for keep Windows services (eg. Windows Accounts, User Homes, Proxy Server, DNS Server, Library Server, Network Shares, ..) operational and up-to-date.

 Hardware Group

• Installation of required programs, maintenance and support,This team is responsible for software and hardware installation of workstations, and keep them working in a good condition.

 Class Group

• In fact, this group is a subgroup of "Hardware Team", their responsibility is maintenance of classroom workstations.
